Delivery & Payments

New Zealand: FREE on orders over $60 | $6.95 on orders under $60

We aim to produce all orders within 3 working days unless you choose the express option, in which case we aim to produce within 1 working day. Once we have produced your unique order, the estimated delivery times 1-3 days NZ wide.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, paypal and Laybuy.

We sell to most countries worldwide however if you’re unsure please email us and we can give you our latest update.

If your item has not arrived within this timeframe please get in touch with us so we can follow this up with courier post and have your item delivered ASAP.

Ordering & Refunds

We send with courier post and all items are able to be tracked and traced right to your door step. You will receive a shipping notification when dispatched, if you haven’t received this please contact us and we can send this track and trace number directly to you.  

We ask you to review your order confirmation email and inform our friendly team of any changes as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee you can change your order if production has already begun but, if you’re quick enough, we may be able to amend it in time!

Each one of our orders is fully personalised and unfortunately we are not able to provide a refund on such items. However we want you to be completely happy with your product and if your order is damaged or defective (e.g. due to a printing error) you can, of course, return the products and we will be happy to recreate it for you. Please contact our friendly team with your order details if you wish to discuss a refund matter.
